Upon payment I will make contact with you to work towards a date between April and June 2024, and provide all the relevant information to have you prepared for your session if we have not already done so over a phone consultation.
Sessions are held at sunset either at the beachside or within a reserve next to the beachside. There is a 10 minute walk down to the beach.
Mother's Day sessions normally last 45 minutes and are strictly held at sunset, for even low light. Autumn sessions are held later than the cooler seasons, approximately starting around 5pm. Winter sessions are held earlier, starting around 4pm. Please take this into account when you are considering a session with young children. Although both autumn and winter do work, just be aware there may be some prepping at home beforehand i.e early dinner, late nap etc. Exact times, locations and further details (what to wear, what is involved) are discussed over your phone consultation and/or provided to you via an email/text.
Approximately 2-3 weeks after your portrait sesison, you will receive an invitation to view your fine art images online via a 48hr private gallery link.
From there you will be able to view your images, select your chosen 5 and one of the chosen 5 as your image for your timber print. You will also be given the opportunity to purchase canvas prints, framed prints, albums and exclusive fine art digital packages. Matching social media images will accompany each wall art and/or album purchase.
Cancelling you session:
Sessions are non-refundable. A fee of $155 will be required upon booking another session. If an emergency has arisen you may rebook free, once only. In regards to weather: Natalie always keeps a very close eye on the weather forecast and she will be the one to decide whether the session will need to be postponed due to rain, wind etc.

Natalie Harrison Photography and Art has the right to refuse a session to any potential client at her own discretion.
Upon acceptance and approval of your fine art digitals after viewing your gallery, and final order made of fine art prints and albums, there is a strict no refund policy. However all archival prints and albums do come with up to a 75 year guarantee from time of purchase. This guarantee also covers accidental damage.
