Upon payment I will make contact with you to work towards a date and provide all relevant information to have you prepared for your session if we have not already done so over a phone consultation.
If you are gifting a session, I will send all relevant information for the recipient with their Gift Voucher, to make contact with me and have their session organised.
Sessions normally last 2hrs and are strictly held at sunset, for even low light. Summer sessions are held later than the cooler seasons, approximately starting around 7-8pm. Winter sessions are held earlier, starting around 4pm. Please take this into account when you are considering a session with young children. Although both summer and winter do work, just be aware there may be some prepping at home beforehand i.e early dinner, late nap etc. Times, locations and further details (what to wear, what is involved) are discussed over your phone consultation or provided to you via an email/text.
Approximately 1-2 weeks after your portrait session, you will be receive an invitation to view your fine art images privately, online over 48hrs.
Cancelling you session:
Sessions are non-refundable. You may cancel your session. A fee of $155 will be required upon booking another session. If an emergency has arisen you may rebook free once only. In regards to weather: Natalie always keeps a very close eye on the weather forecast and she will be the one to decide whether the session will need to be postponed due to rain, wind etc.

Payment plans are available with our awesome partners Payright and Afterpay. Payment plans are only for investments over $995.

Natalie Harrison Photography and Art has the right to refuse a session to any potential client at her own discretion.
Upon acceptance and approval of your fine art digitals after viewing your gallery, and final order made of fine art prints and albums, there is a strict no refund policy. However all archival prints and albums do come with up to a 75 year guarantee from time of purchase. This guarantee also covers accidental damage.
