​Upon acceptance and approval of your fine art digitals after viewing your gallery, and final order made of fine art prints and albums, there is a strict no refund policy.  However all archival prints and albums do come with up to a 75 year guarantee from time of purchase.  This guarantee also covers accidental damage.
 
Due to the handmade nature of your products and keeping it local (within Australia) please allow 2-4 weeks from order of fine art prints and albums to pick-up.  You will be notified as soon as your print/s are ready for pick-up.
