Upon payment I will make contact with you to work towards a date and provide all relevant information to have you prepared for your session if we have not already done so over a phone consultation/email or text.
Sessions are held at sunset either at the beachside or within a reserve next to the beachside.
Sessions normally last 2hrs and are strictly held at sunset, for even low light unless otherwise organsied. Summer sessions are held later than the cooler seasons, starting around 7-7.30pm. Winter sessions are held earlier, starting around 4pm. Please take this into account when you are considering a session with young children. Although both summer and winter can work, just be aware there may be some prepping at home beforehand i.e early dinner, late nap etc. Times, locations and further details (what to wear, what is involved) are discussed over your phone consultation or provided to you via an email/text.
Approximately 2-3 weeks after your photoshoot, you will be receive an invitation to view your fine art images on an online over 48hrs.
Cancelling you session:
Sessions are non-refundable. You may cancel your session. A fee of $155 will be required upon booking another session. If an emergency has arisen you may rebook for free, once only. In regards to weather: Natalie always keeps a very close eye on the weather forecast and she will be the one to decide whether the session will need to be postponed due to rain, wind etc.

Natalie Harrison Photography and Art has the right to refuse a session to any potential client at her own discretion.
Upon acceptance and approval of your fine art digitals after viewing your gallery, and final order made of fine art prints and albums, there is a strict no refund policy. However all archival prints and albums do come with up to a 75 year guarantee from time of purchase. This guarantee also covers accidental damage.
